Tuly Roth said the project team has responded to the county 239 comments and revised the SWPPP. The board noted that an owner’s proxy for engineer Jim Bates — who presented at the original hearing — had not been provided; the absence of a signed proxy prompted the continuance.
No members of the public attended and the Board received no written correspondence on the application. Arthur Knapp moved and Michael Hoyt seconded a motion to continue the public hearing to May 13, 2026; the motion passed unanimously.
