Bailey, doing business as Sabia Mental Health LLC, to provide skilled medical assessment and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) services to clients of Marion County Health and Human Services through June 30, 2028. The consent packet also authorized a class-specific special procurement to award multiple non‑Oregon Health Plan community and residential assistance contracts at an estimated total of $1,200,000 per year.
Public Works sought and received approval of Amendment #3 to an MOU closing out the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)-funded Lebrun Road Realignment Project. The amendment reduces project grant funding by $777,608.66, leaving a not-to-exceed MOU total of $22,391.34, and directs that unspent grant funds be returned for reallocation to other ARPA projects. The Tax Office included an order to cancel several uncollectible personal property tax accounts, with the listed Tax IDs totaling $52,224.95.
Commissioner Danielle Bethell moved to approve the proclamation and later moved the consent agenda; Commissioner Kevin Cameron seconded both motions. Both commissioners voted aye on each motion; Commissioner Colm Willis was absent. The commissioners read the proclamation aloud following the vote.
