Grafton to sponsor Special Roads Fund grant for Leistikow Park Road; councilor recuses

Bill Dahl of Parks and Recreation told the City Council that the department plans to apply for a Special Roads Fund grant to perform a chip seal and overlay project on Leistikow Park Road. Councilman Greg Young moved and Councilman Donavon McMillian seconded a motion to approve city sponsorship of the grant application. Councilman Darrin Wollitz recused himself from the vote because he also serves on the Park Board; the remaining members voted in favor and Mayor West declared the motion carried.
