The Colebrook Select Board entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (j) to consider confidential commercial and financial information and reconvened in public at 3:37 p.m. by roll call vote. After returning to public session, Sue Collins moved and Ray Gorman seconded a motion to authorize the Treasurer to open a New Hampshire Public Deposit Investment Pool sub-account for Police Department ICE funds and to transfer $107,500 from the General Fund into that account; the motion passed with all members voting yes.
Earlier in the non-public session the board also voted by roll call to seal the non-public minutes of Jan. 12, 2026. The minutes record that Tim Stevens, Paul Rella, Heidi Lawton and Alicia Boire were present during the non-public session along with Selectboard members.
