The vote followed public comment and occurred during the meeting’s discussion of property matters. Vice Chair Craig Engel and Selectmen Karl Kelly, Mort Donahue and Sharon Davis voted in favor; Selectman Dan Boynton was absent.
The board did not set a date for the Planning Board review. According to meeting minutes, the transfer is contingent on site-plan approval; no additional conditions were specified in the minutes.
