The Town of Campton Zoning Board of Adjustment met on July 11. Board members recorded attendance, noted that minutes from the June 6 meeting were not yet available due to staffing challenges, and agreed to take up approval of both the June 6 and July 11 minutes at the next meeting.
During the session the board held two public hearings and took final action on both: it granted a variance to LCJ (Owl's Nest Resort) for an entry sign over Potchway Road and approved an equitable waiver allowing a 13.5‑foot setback variance for 136 Pegwood Drive. Both actions were recorded by roll‑call votes. The board also recorded a brief privilege‑of‑the‑floor question from resident Patrick Cote about replacing steps; staff or board members advised he should return if he needs additional assistance.
