The commission then moved to continue the item to the next meeting.
Commissioners recorded affirmative roll-call votes to continue the hearing. The motion to continue was moved by the Chair and seconded by the Clerk; those voting in the affirmative included Bettenhausen, Brophy, Cole, Lanier, Lindstrom, Trevino and West. No testimony or documentary evidence for the variance was taken at the July 8 session because the applicants were absent.
The application will next be heard at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on July 22. The commission adjourned the special meeting following completion of remaining agenda business.
