Committee advances Commerce Park warehouse to planning director with minor comments

Tim (staff) summarized the application for a 5,000-square-foot warehouse and noted planning and engineering comments; the item had no public commenters. Jamie Banks of Jenkins Engineering, the applicant representative, said he had no major concerns and that he would clarify one or two items with county staff by email—specifically asking when the last traffic drawdown table was completed so the applicant could use the latest data.
Staff recommended proceeding to the planning director after the applicant resolves comments. A committee member moved and the committee voted to advance the application with conditional approval pending final comment resolution.
