Staff pointed out that Low Density Residential is permitted in the parcel's future land-use designation and that several nearby parcels retain nonconforming residential uses despite GB zoning. No members of the public signed up to speak during the public hearing and the commission voted 4'to'0 to forward the recommendation to county council, which will schedule a final decision and notify the applicant of time and date.
