The Commission approved an amended final plat for Vista Antigua P.U.D. Phase 1 to merge Lots 32, 33 and 34 into a single Lot 33A totaling about 1.60 acres (69,715 square feet), Planning and Zoning Director Andrew Jackson reported. The consolidation removes interior property lines but keeps existing utility and drainage easements in effect. The applicant, Vista Antigua Holdings LLC (owner: Keegan Gordon), prepared the amended plat through Red Desert Land Surveying.
Jackson said staff recommended approval subject to the County Engineer’s signature and a notarized Owner’s Acknowledgment. Commissioner Martinez moved to approve the resolution and authorize the Commission Chair to execute the plat after staff review; the motion passed 5–0.
