• Approved sending a village letter to Congressman Edwards opposing House Bill HR-3372, which would authorize a USDOT pilot to look at increasing some interstate truck weight limits from 80,000 to 91,000 pounds.
• Ordered the statutory advertisement of unpaid 2025 property tax liens totaling $36,765.73 after receiving a tax report showing 97.91% collections for the fiscal year.
Other business included park, foundation and transportation reports; a presentation by Henderson County Assessor on the 2027 reappraisal; and routine appointments to advisory committees.
