Supervisors review June pay applications and progress reports for county building projects

The Board also received Turner's Application for Payment No. 15 for the Dallas County courthouse renovation, certified by the architect for $430,952.10, together with a June project summary reporting ceiling-grid and finish work on Level 2 and structural-steel completion on Level 3. Documents show the courthouse renovation schedule at about 74% complete and list upcoming milestones for owner occupancy of phases.
For the Secondary Roads administration addition and garage, Turner's pay application package (Application No. 19) and subcontractor backup were included; that application requests $71,872.54 and the continuation sheets detail subcontractor draws, allowances and contingency reconciliations.
Board materials included detailed invoicing and certification from multiple subcontractors and vendors (Action Target; Jensen Builders; Veit; Modern Piping; Tjaden Electric; Pleva Plumbing; Tri-City Electric; Allied Construction; and others) showing line-item completed-work totals, retainage and change-order summaries.
