Resident Scott Everson presented an invoice to the board seeking payment to repair a storage shed he said was damaged by a malfunction on the wing of the village plow truck. The vouchers approved that evening—ACHs and checks #13832–13847 totaling $49,645.06—include the Everson invoice, and the minutes record the voucher motion as carried. The minutes do not list individual roll-call votes or the dollar amount of Everson’s invoice separately.
