The board reviewed and approved the December Treasurer’s Report following a motion by Trustee Seth Hemmersbach and a second from Trustee Linda Young. Trustees then approved payment of checks #5657–#5663 totaling $20,768.54 after a motion by Trustee Seth Hemmersbach and a second by Trustee Penny Stock.
During the caucus, Kristen Beckman nominated Valerie Williams for the position of trustee; Penny Stock seconded and the motion carried. Kristen Beckman also nominated Bob Nielsen for trustee; Penny Stock seconded and the motion carried. The caucus adjourned at 7:35 p.m., and the Water & Sewer meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
