At its March 11 meeting, the Village of Rockland board approved several routine community items. Trustees approved a sign for a new dog park following confirmation that Birdd Development paperwork is signed and notarized. The board also approved fireworks for Rockland Day in June and granted Hylandale School permission to use the Village Hall for a Bible study July 27 through Aug. 3.
Each item was approved by voice vote: Trustee Linda Young moved to approve the dog park sign (seconded by Trustee Bob Rueckheim), Trustee Bob Rueckheim moved to allow the fireworks (seconded by Trustee Bob Nielsen), and the facility use was also approved during the consent discussion. No objections were recorded in the minutes.
These items were handled as routine business and do not include further conditions documented in the meeting record.
