The roll call vote recorded Trustees Joshua Behr, Jerome Hammarlund, Travis Thomas, Dennis Reinemann and Michael Hintz as voting 'aye.'
The board reconvened into open session at 8:17 p.m.; no action was taken on matters discussed in closed session. Trustee Michael Hintz moved to adjourn at 8:18 p.m.; Trustee Dennis Reinemann seconded and the meeting adjourned.
