During the claims discussion resident Randy Foor asked how the Board knows what a Visa expense was for and whether Wex card charges are spent locally. The Board and staff member Adam Shutt responded that board members receive copies of claims for review and that Wex card charges are used locally when possible but may be used for out-of-town travel.
