The Lynn Township Planning Commission on Sept. 16 tabled review of a preliminary/final single-lot subdivision for property at 7739 Brobst Hill Road until the applicant supplies additional documentation and plan revisions.
Mike Madtes presented on behalf of June Dirany; Dirany was not present. The commission and Township Engineer Karl Scherzberg identified required items before a recommendation can be made: a written waiver-request letter, notation of subdivision calculations on the plans, a deferral request for the erosion and sediment (E&S) control plan until construction, and a deferral for proposed contour work until construction. The applicant intends to provide neighbor letters indicating neighbors are not interested in claiming remaining acreage.
Fritz Najarian moved to table the submission until the outstanding items are provided; Larry Bachman seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Why it matters: the commission requires waiver and deferral documentation and explicit plan calculations to confirm compliance with lot-size and impervious-coverage rules. The project also raises planning questions about whether the residual parent tract will retain agricultural or equestrian use.
