The Lynn Township Planning Commission voted Aug. 19 to recommend that a parcel identified in the meeting minutes (PIN #54 1864 889705 1) be included in the township's Agricultural Security Area and to forward that recommendation to the Board of Supervisors and to the township solicitor.
Secretary Willard Dellicker moved the recommendation; Larry Bachman seconded and the motion carried, according to the minutes. The minutes record that members of the Planning Commission heard the Agricultural Security Committee discussion, offered no further comment and that no members of the public spoke on the item.
The minutes include an inconsistent spelling between the agenda header and the motion text for the parcel name; the document lists the agenda line as “Ag Security Area Ferraro” while the motion text refers to the "Ferrari" parcels and records the PIN above. The motion and the PIN were the operative items forwarded to the supervisors and solicitor for final action.
The commission took no public testimony on the recommendation. The next formal step recorded in the minutes is that the Board of Supervisors and the township solicitor will review the Planning Commission's recommendation.
The meeting began at 7:05 PM and adjourned at 8:19 PM, per the minutes.
