Planners approve waiver, forward Marie Dietrich lot-line plan to supervisors

Scot Dietrich presented the Preliminary/Final Lot Line for Marie Dietrich and said the right of way along Follweiler Court had been dedicated to the township. Karl Scherzberg, the township engineer, reported that conditions listed in the KCE comment letter had been satisfied, clearing the way for the commission to act.
Fritz Najarian moved to approve the requested waiver for a combined preliminary/final review; Willard Dellicker seconded and the motion carried. After approval of the waiver, Larry Bachman moved to send the plan to the Board of Supervisors for preliminary/final consideration; Amanda Dietrich seconded and that motion also carried. The minutes record no roll-call vote details beyond “motion carried.”
The commission did not record additional conditions in the minutes; the next formal step is review by the Board of Supervisors. The meeting agenda listed the project as a first review, and the commission’s action was procedural—approving the waiver and forwarding the submission so supervisors can consider formal preliminary/final approval.
