During the June 14 annual meeting, two member requests were addressed in the Q&A and the board closed the meeting at 11:17 a.m.
Ann Cameron asked to move the annual dune clean-up on June 21 to 11 a.m. to accommodate tennis players; the board approved the change. Lisa McMasters requested installation of removable beach pathway mats on the sunny part of the beach path to allow wheelchair access and reduce hot sand exposure for children and older residents. After reviewing a legal opinion, the board determined that use of a beach pathway mat during the summer beach season "would not be a violation" of the deed restriction that requires a "tidy and natural state."
A motion to adjourn was made and approved at 11:17 a.m., closing the meeting.
The minutes do not record a named mover or second for the adjournment motion, nor do they record a vote tally for the approval.
