Hanover Engineering representative Jared Hermany told the Planning Commission on March 18 that the Bennicoff subdivision submission included two additional waiver requests — allowing a driveway grade of up to 15% and not dedicating right-of-way along Fort Everett Road — and that address updates were provided to meet new 911 requirements. He said the sewage planning module is under review and County Farmland Preservation has issued an approval letter.
Township Engineer Karl Scherzberg reviewed his March 11, 2025 comments and described items that remain subject to final plan requirements. Commissioners voted first to approve waiver items #1–6 noted in the KCE March 11 letter (motion by Perry Long, second by Jake Moyer). Fritz Najarian then moved to recommend final approval contingent upon compliance with outstanding items in the March 11 KCE letter; Willard Dellicker seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Hanover Engineering will perform monument certification once the final plan is approved.
The Commission record indicates the approvals are contingent on satisfying outstanding engineering and drafting items from the KCE review; the minutes do not list the full text of those outstanding items.
