Commissioner Larry Bachman moved to accept the requested waiver and later moved that the commission recommend the Dietrich lot‑line adjustment to the Board of Supervisors for preliminary/final approval; Willard Dellicker seconded both motions. In each case the record states the motion “carried.” The commission did not record a roll‑call tally in the minutes.
Next steps: the Board of Supervisors will consider the commission’s recommendation at a subsequent meeting; the applicant plans to provide certification of survey pin placement in advance of that meeting.
