Planning Commission recommends adding Gross parcels to Lynn Township Agricultural Security Area

During the meeting the Planning Commission heard the Agricultural Security Committee discussion and recorded no public comment. Willard Dellicker moved to recommend to the Board of Supervisors and the township solicitor that the Gross parcels (PINs 551081226997 and 551080525645) be included in the Agricultural Security Area; Jake Moyer seconded and all commissioners present voted in favor.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final action. The Commission record notes the parcels by PIN numbers but does not include additional details about acreage or any proposed restrictions; those items will be addressed by the Board and the solicitor as part of the next steps.
