Matt K. moved to present the FOCP proposal to the city council; Jesse Robbins seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously. The motion commits the group to pursuing the procurement steps required for a project above the $10,000 informal‑bid threshold and forwards the request to the council for final authorization.
The board did not adopt a funding authorization at the meeting; the item is expected to return to the council once required additional quotes are collected and staff prepares any necessary budget or contract documents.
