The Carlisle City Parks & Recreation Board reviewed a Pepsi concessions contract proposal at its March 18 meeting and voted to forward the item to City Council for review on March 23, 2026.
Mason McMillen told the board that Pepsi had contacted the department and that no other companies had engaged with staff about a concessions contract. Joe Jenkins moved to send the proposal to City Council for review; Matt Kappenman seconded the motion. The motion was recorded in the minutes for placement on the March 23 council agenda.
Board members referenced existing relationships between Pepsi and local Little League fields but did not record any final contractual decisions; the council will consider the proposal at its upcoming meeting.
