Alderperson Mary Davis moved to dispense with the reading and approve the May 20, 2025 minutes; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously by voice vote. Dawn Seward moved to approve the Consent Agenda, including disbursements for the period ending June 2, 2025; that motion passed unanimously by roll call under the Omnibus Vote Designation.
Council later considered a contract with Cloudprint, Inc. Alderperson Mary Davis moved to approve a contract with Cloudprint for $8,500; Alderperson Shawn Taylor seconded and the motion passed unanimously by roll call under the Omnibus Vote Designation. The council then discussed a proposal for a new sprinkler at Art Zeeck Park. Alderperson Eric Harbin moved to accept Sprinklawn Irrigation’s bid of $22,400 for the park sprinkler project; Alderperson Shawn Taylor seconded and the motion passed unanimously by roll call.
With no further business, Alderperson Mary Davis moved to adjourn the meeting; Dawn Seward seconded, and the council adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
