Clark initially hoped to complete work by the end of the year; the chair said, given scope and scheduling, a realistic completion estimate would be in early 2027 if approvals and funding are in place.
Because the UEA does not meet in July, the chair asked members to allow staff (Mary Anne) to assemble a complete packet for electronic review; the board agreed to consider the application digitally if materials arrive before the next scheduled meeting. The chair emphasized no formal decision would be made without the requested documentation and potential vote, and staff would present a recommendation once the files are complete.
Next steps: staff will compile and circulate Clark’s budget and supporting documents and alert board members when the packet is available for review.
