At 4:14 p.m. on Feb. 25, the Sanbornton Selectboard entered non-public session under New Hampshire RSA 91-A:3 II (c),(d),(e) after a motion by Selectman Brandon Deacon and a second from Selectman Glenn Frederick. The exemption cited matters that could harm a person’s reputation, real-estate negotiations and pending claims or litigation.
During the non-public workshop the board received updates on three items: an adjustment to the Town Park boundary line, a dispute over a guardrail, and a tax abatement matter. Town Administrator Trish Stafford relayed the updates. No votes were taken and no formal decisions were recorded. Selectman Deacon moved to end the non-public session at 4:54 p.m.; the motion was seconded by Selectman Ralph Carter and approved.
