During other business on Jan. 8, the Pittsfield Conservation Commission approved the Dec. 11, 2025 minutes (Commissioner Elizabeth Calebaugh abstained) and approved a cost proposal for a peer review related to CO-25-02. City agent Shannon Poulin said the peer review includes evaluation of a suspected vernal pool so the commission has complete information; the applicant's representative was not present to agree to terms after an earlier denial.
The commission also continued the City’s Cobblestone Cove drainage-improvement Notice of Intent to the Feb. 12, 2026 meeting because no representative attended. Vice Chair Thomas Sakshaug moved to continue the hearing; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Elizabeth Calebaugh and approved unanimously.
A motion to adjourn carried unanimously and the meeting concluded at 6:30 p.m.
