The Winchester Conservation Commission approved a routine payment and confirmed a membership appointment at its Feb. 19 meeting.
Treasurer Mim Johnson reported a current balance of $2,836.03 out of $3,652.00 (77.66%). The commission approved payment of a $50 water bill for Musterfield Park after a motion by Joe Faloretti and a second from Nat Quevedo; the motion carried.
Under new business, members voted to accept Ann Ryder as a full member; the motion was made by Nat Quevedo, seconded by John Hann, and recorded as carried. The meeting concluded when Nat Quevedo moved to adjourn, John Hann seconded and the commission adjourned at 7:55 p.m. by a unanimous 5-0 vote.
