Marsh made the motion to release the funds and Kilanski seconded; the board voted 3-0 to approve the transfers.
The actions complete a funding package the board described as necessary to acquire Map 2 Lot 35. The town did not provide further details in the minutes about the seller, purchase price, closing timeline or conditions on the conservation commission funds.
