Williams said sales for the first three months of 2026 were higher than the same period last year. He reported 203 total members: 25 annual members paying either $840 or $690 per year, 26 veteran members paying either $690 per year or $57.50 per month, and the remainder enrolled as monthly members at the current rate of $70 per month. The course has 48 cart-stall members; gas-cart owners pay $100 per year for stall privileges and electric-cart owners pay $175 per year. There are 39 driving-range members who pay $100 per year.
Williams told the board the venue hosted six events in the banquet room and several tournaments for the first time this year. He said three Tuesday-night scrambles generated a combined profit of $930.92. Board members discussed a potential first-responder discount but did not move to adopt any change.
No formal action or vote was taken on the golf-course report. The board's next regular meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Jackson Parish Recreation Building in Jonesboro.
