The Wolfeboro Police Commission convened Jan. 30, 2026, and was called to order by Chairman Shawn Coope at 2:01 p.m. Commissioners Steve Wood and Kevin Duffy and staff including Chief Christopher Warn and Recording Secretary Sherri Moore were noted as present.
During the meeting, Commissioner Steve Wood entertained a motion to move into a non-public session under RSA 91-A:5, Exemption IV (personnel). Chairman Shawn Coope moved to enter the non-public session, Commissioner Kevin Duffy seconded, and a roll-call vote recorded Steve Wood, Kevin Duffy and Shawn Coope voting yes; the motion passed.
The Commission later voted to exit the non-public session. Commissioner Kevin Duffy moved to leave the non-public session at 2:28 p.m.; Chairman Shawn Coope seconded. The roll-call vote was recorded and the Commission re-entered public session at 2:28 p.m.
After returning to public session, Commissioner Duffy entertained a motion to seal the non-public minutes. Chairman Coope moved to seal the non-public minutes and Commissioner Wood seconded. A roll-call vote recorded all three members voting yes and the motion to seal the minutes passed.
With no further business, Commissioner Steve Wood moved to adjourn the meeting and Commissioner Kevin Duffy seconded. The motion passed with no opposition and the meeting adjourned at 2:28 p.m. The minutes are signed "Respectfully submitted, Sherri Moore," the recording secretary.
