Separately, members said buyers who purchased a 66-acre parcel from Jamie McDonald on the west-north side of Towne Farm Road, extending behind Sanborn Pond, want to meet with the board before committing to engineering work. The prospective owners mentioned options ranging from tiny homes to yurts or a campground; members said any such use could become a subdivision and would require further review.
The board also said it will revisit the McConaughey subdivision update that was unresolved on April 9. No formal approvals or votes occurred; the items were informational and scheduled for public consideration at upcoming meetings.
