At the June 18 meeting, the Carroll County Commissioners approved routine business and several administrative actions.
The clerk certified prior meeting records and the board confirmed roll call (Commissioner Leggett absent; Commissioners Wertner and Budhansky present). The board approved the prior meeting minutes and appropriations and voted to pay bills totaling $214,514.05.
On infrastructure permitting, the commissioners approved seven county highway right-of-way permits recommended by County Engineer Brian J. Wise. Applicants named in the packet included EOG Resources (driveway on Arrow Road in Brown Township), Art Singleton (driveway on Avalon Road in Brown Township) and multiple sections associated with Spectrum/Bridal about Bain, Apollo and Berry roads.
The board approved a Spectrum business voice services order (service order number 15464279) to add an all-call paging feature to the RingCentral phone system; the transcript records an indicated cost of $1,050. The board also approved a real-estate auction sales listing contract with Keyco Company for properties located at 55 and 95 East Main Street, Carrollton; the auction was scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at noon, and the board noted a 10% buyer’s premium that will be assessed to buyers.
