The Chair moved to nominate Josh Davis for president; the motion was seconded and approved by a voice vote. A separate motion to nominate Darren Hughes as vice president was also moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board then considered applicants to fill a vacant board seat. The Clerk said the board reviewed a community survey and candidate qualifications; the Clerk reported that Steve Braun received 43 of 93 survey votes. The board moved to appoint Steve Braun to the vacancy and approved the appointment by voice vote.
No roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript; votes were taken by voice. The Clerk closed the agenda item and the board proceeded to other business.
