Nusbuam reviewed project timing for the 2026 street and utility reconstruction project and said the Advertisement for Bids will run the weeks of April 20 and April 27, with bid opening planned the week of May 4.
The council was told that bid results will be presented at the May 11 City Council meeting. Nusbuam’s update framed next steps for the project after the LRIP rejection and set the public procurement schedule for contractors to submit bids.
