Alex told commissioners there would be no changes to the building footprint or exterior signage and no interior renovations were proposed.
Commissioners confirmed that two variances granted with the property's original approval—one for setbacks and one for parking—would remain in effect and would not need to return to the board of appeals. Chair (S1) asked whether the conditions carry forward; Alex said no changes were needed.
After brief discussion, a commissioner moved to approve the addition of the use; the motion passed by voice vote, recorded as unanimous.
The approval is a site-level change limited to the described use; staff said any future physical changes would require separate review.
