The commission also approved a request from Queen of the Apostles to remove and replace a boulevard with concrete after a motion by Mayor Dwyer and seconded by Commissioner Kerwin Greeno; that motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Mitch Koel moved, seconded by Commissioner Brian Rice, to award the chip-and-fog sealing contract to Scott Construction; the commission approved the bid by unanimous vote. The commission also granted a Street Privilege Permit (motion by Commissioner Dean Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Kerwin Greeno) and approved a contractor pay request for work on Hollister Avenue, Schaller Street and West Elizabeth Street (motion by Commissioner Dean Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Brian Rice). All votes were recorded as "all ayes."
Commissioner Dean Peterson moved and the commission approved the monthly water and sewer bills in separate motions; the water motion was seconded by Mayor Paul Dwyer and the sewer motion by Commissioner Kerwin Greeno. The meeting concluded after a motion by Peterson and a second from Mayor Dwyer to adjourn at 6:16 p.m.
