Planning staff reported receipt of the Environmental Information Form (EAF/EIF) and said only minor plan corrections remain, including a bearing distance and demonstrating conformance with driveway requirements. Staff recommended those items be conditions of approval and noted required county filings.
The Chair said the board could waive a hearing for a small lot‑line change. ‘‘It is our prerogative as a planning board to waive public hearing on an item like, this small in nature,’’ the Chair said. A motion to waive the hearing carried. The board then designated itself SEQRA lead agency under Part 617, issued a negative declaration, and approved the lot‑line change with conditions including addressing town‑engineer notes and payment of fees.
The planning staff asked the applicant to submit final plan corrections and the documentation needed to file with the county. The board recorded motions and votes and instructed staff to confirm that required reports, fees and filings are complete before the maps are signed.
