At its Feb. 3 meeting the Sugar Hill Selectmen approved several routine administrative items: the board signed a Veteran’s credit application, approved use of the Crapo Building for monthly Willing Workers meetings, and recorded receipt of an IRS Information Returns Application TCC Code that will allow the town to file government forms electronically, according to the minutes.
Jennifer Gaudette, the town administrator, recorded that Carl Martland had shared the Franconia Roads Committee report; she will distribute that report to the board by email. Selectman Margo Connors told the board the Planning Board is working with Tara Bamford on the Master Plan and that driveway regulations are being considered.
Selectman Chris Ellms made a motion to adjourn at 5:26 p.m.; the motion was seconded by Selectman Margo Connors and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes list the next regular meeting for Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
The minutes do not record vote tallies or provide names of veteran credit applicants, reimbursement amounts, or the Franconia Roads Committee report details.
