On March 17, 2025, the Sugar Hill selectmen unanimously appointed Chris Ellms as board chair, approved the March 10 meeting minutes and named Margo Connors as an alternate to the Planning Board.
Selectman Dick Bielefield moved to appoint Chris Ellms as board chair; Selectman Rusty Talbot seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Bielefield then moved to approve the March 10, 2025 minutes; Ellms seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. Later in the meeting, Ellms moved to appoint Margo Connors as a Planning Board alternate; Bielefield seconded and the board approved the appointment unanimously.
The board signed the MS232 Report of Appropriations Actually Voted and the MS535 Financial Report of the Budget as prepared by COHOS Advisors, formalizing the town’s budget reports for the record. The selectmen also scheduled an unanticipated funds hearing for April 7, 2025 to consider any additional appropriations.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.; the next regular meeting is Monday, March 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
