Board approves personnel report and employee contracts, affirms superintendent evaluation

The board approved all employee contracts in a single motion.
The chair noted the board's evaluation of the superintendent: the board determined the superintendent to be "highly effective" for the past year and approved the superintendent's contract along with the other employee contracts. The approvals were recorded as carrying on the voice vote presented at the meeting.
