Selectmen record bridge easements, authorize routine payments and repairs

Dick Bielefield moved to approve the March 3, 2025 minutes; Chris Ellms seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record a $50 dues payment to the Ammonoosuc River Local Advisory Committee that the board authorized.
The minutes state that "the easements for the Crane Hill Bridge have been done and checks will be mailed tomorrow," indicating the town has completed required easement paperwork and scheduled payment. Separately, the highway garage needs a door repaired; the board authorized replacing it with funding coming from the Highway Department Capital Reserve Fund.
The board also noted U199 updates (details not recorded in the minutes) and discussed a Lebanon resolution about federal funds, saying the request would need to be more specific. Work on Pearl Lake Road tied to a middle-mile group was discussed; Chris Ellms said Road Agent Doug Glover will meet with them to plan work in early to mid summer.
