The Select Board approved routine business and several formal items during the Aug. 12 meeting.
Manifests for July 30 and Aug. 5, 2024 were approved (motion recorded Macdonald/Juergens, approved 3–0). The board approved minutes for the July 1 and July 29 meetings (Macdonald/Juergens, 3–0). The board discussed and approved an application to the Roland Baldwin Fund (Macdonald/Juergens, 3–0).
The meeting record also shows signed facility reservations for Hollow Pavilion (Sept. 1, 2024; and July 19, 2025 family reunion) and Town Hall (Sept. 29, 2024), a raffle permit for the Common Pavilion (date TBD), a letter to Sharon Corbeil regarding the Roland Baldwin Fund, and a building certificate for a solar panel installation at 938 US Route 3. Charles Goulet reported that the Transfer Station baler is fully operational again and drainage around the building has been improved.
The meeting adjourned at 5:13 p.m.; the adjournment motion was recorded Macdonald/Goulet and approved 3–0.
