Stratford selectboard approves manifests, grant release and multiple permits

At a meeting Oct. 7 at Fuller Town Hall, the Town of Stratford selectboard voted 3–0 to approve manifests for Sept. 23 and Sept. 30 and signed a slate of documents including grant and permit paperwork, according to the minutes.
The board approved the manifests in a motion recorded as Macdonald/Juergens with Goulet voting in favor. The minutes list a unanimous 3–0 tally for that action. The selectboard also approved a letter to release two Roland Baldwin fund grants by a 3–0 vote.
The board signed or recorded several other items during the meeting: town-hall reservations for Flanders and Donovan; a pistol permit for a lister; materials related to the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (NH Dept. Safety Bradley GIS data); the 2024–2025 Road Winter Maintenance Contract; IRS Form 990T; and a Letter and License Agreement for Bruce and Sue Clark. A Letter to KMH Realty requesting a copy of a lien notice was also noted among signed correspondence and forms.
Separately, Suzanne Goulet told the board that resident/presenter Benji Blodgett had come to discuss and sign his Land License Agreement with the selectmen.
The minutes do not record dissenting votes or detailed discussion of the individual permits and forms. The meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.; minutes were prepared by Vanessa Toner.
