Temple planning board posts Jan. 20 public hearing on ADU zoning amendments

Christine Robidoux, vice chair, called attention to proposed changes submitted by Sarah Bollinger to Article IV Sections 7A.90 and 7B.90. Board members agreed with Bollinger’s recommended substitution of the conjunction “or” where appropriate and with adding an explicit reference to the relevant New Hampshire RSA provision. The board instructed staff to post notices for a second public hearing on Jan. 20.
No formal vote on the amendments was recorded at the Jan. 6 meeting; the board’s next step is the advertised public hearing on Jan. 20 at Temple Town Hall, where the public will have an opportunity to comment before the board considers any formal action.
