Council OKs contract with SWT Design for phase 2 of parks connectivity plan

The council moved to read the bill by title and subsequently passed the resolution authorizing the contract. Unruh noted included appendices and a survey summary were available in the council packet and would be placed in the plan's appendix.
The contract authorizes design work to evaluate where additional trails, sidewalks and other connectivity improvements can be added to link parks in the city's system.
