After procedural adjustments and a recorded roll-call vote, the council approved the resolution as amended.
Vicki noted the tourism fund balance is roughly $260,000; staff reminded the council that reimbursements are limited to actual expenditures documented by applicants. Council members encouraged new commission members to consider creative promotions and external opportunities to draw visitors.
